Planned for Q4 2026: Remitgo's billing engine will turn module subscriptions and metered API usage into itemised invoices. Define plans, rate usage events, apply VAT by jurisdiction and collect payment, all wired into the core ledger.

Planned: capture API calls, screenings, transfers and other events as metered usage, then rate them against the client's plan at period close.
Planned: run subscription cycles automatically with proration on upgrades, downgrades and mid-cycle changes handled to the day.
Planned: apply VAT or GST by customer jurisdiction and B2B status, including reverse charge, with the treatment and its reason returned on every invoice.
Planned: generate branded PDF invoices and credit notes with full line-item detail, sequential numbering and per-customer history.
Planned: charge wallets or cards on issue, retry failed collections with dunning, and post revenue and tax to the correct ledger accounts.
